The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe by a Re solution of 6th February I958, authorised the publication of a Year book of the European Convention on Human Rights. The present Volume of the Year book is the sixth in the series. The Yearbook, being prepared by the Directorate of Human Rights of the Council of Europe, does not involve the responsibility either of the European Commission or of the European Court of Human Rights. In particular, the summaries of the decisions of the Commission cannot be quoted against the actual texts of these decisions. A.H.
