An evil prison govenor and equally unscrupled guards take full advantage of the female flesh on offer as the buslaods of women cons arrive at the camp. The guards' authority is absolute and there is redress and certainly no escape - not if you are sensible that is for the punishments are harsh. They are set to work, hard labour and all the time the guards are there to take advantage. Not a place to be if you are female, that is for sure.
