Waystage 1990 : Council of Europe Conseil de l'Europe

This series of learning objectives offers all practitioners a description of the language needed to assure a learner's ability to deal with the challenges presented by everyday communication. The learners will primarily be able to function in contacts involving the oral use of the foreign language, mainly face-to-face contacts but also those requiring the use of the telephone or of public media.
