VVG. Band 6/1 Transportversicherung §§ 130-141: Teilband 1: §§ 130-141; DTV-Güter 2000/2011

Der vorliegende Teilband behandelt die gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Transportversicherung (§§ 130–141 VVG), die Güterversicherung (DTV-Güter 2000/2011) und eine berichtigte und aktualisierte Fassung der in Teilband 6/2 abgedruckten Kommentierung zur Verkehrshaftungsversicherung (DTV-VHV 2003/2011). Nach Erscheinen von Teilband 6/2 im Dezember 2014 liegt damit die Kommentierung zur Transportversicherung vollständig vor.

This is most recognizable in the numerous conceptual reforms.
