Victims

Ellis Carver's best friend and fellow police officer has been killed, and it appears that his fellow police officers have conspired to murder him. Carver discovers, however, that his friend has a secret life that has strayed into perilous and convoluted circles that include love, treacherous men and their dangerous secret.
