V5-Elders

V5-Elders is an attempt to make Elder characters playable. This product reinforces the role of the Elders as powerful beings, outside the reach of the younger Kindred while making quite clear their flaws and weaknesses, now more than ever with the Beckoning. Similar to how the corebbok presents its Clans, v5-Elders mirrors the Thinblood write-up. The following is an expansion of the index of the document: Who are the Elders? - A description of how the Elders fare in these nights. Elder Characteristics - A vampire becomes an Elder when they reach Blood Potency 5. From then on, they can exchange one of their powers form anoher when they feed on vampires. It also includes mechanics for the Beckoning. The Elder Chronicle - Expansion on the corebbok character creation. It enables three diferent tiers of Elder character (Pretenders, Elder, Methuselah) with different Ages and Generation. Elder Merits and Flaws - Mirroring Thinblood Merits and Flaws, they do not count against the maximum dots in Advantages and Flaws. They apply on Blood Potency 5, 7 and 9, gaining one merit and one flaw.
