The main lobby is Trump's charm and fabulous lifestyle, but the hallways wander into very practical and sometimes dull areas where - although it is quite nice to have a billionaire's advice - your garden variety millionaire could probably fill you in: how to rent an apartment, how to find an attorney, how to monitor your finances and so forth.
