This volume constitutes selected and revised papers presented during the Second International Conference on Trandisciplinary Multispectral Modelling and Cooperation for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage, TMM_CH 2021, held in Athens, Greece, in December 2021. The 17 full papers and 6 short papers presented in ths volume were thoroughly reviewed and selected from 310 submissions.
