It follows the story of Nicholas and Perenelle Flamel and a pair of 15 year old twins who are racing against time to reclaim an ancient book that can save the world from horrors unimaginable! The Flamels happen to be Immortals who are centuries old and the twins are part of a prophecy in the ancient book. In the prophecy, it is the twins who can save or destroy the world as we know it.
