The Griffin and the Rose is a companion novella that covers some of the year gap between Part One and Part Two in The Guileful Rose and is meant to be read after The Guileful Rose. While there are scenes and references to important places that will be shown throughout the series, it is not necessary to read The Griffin and the Rose to enjoy the rest of the Curoria Chronicles.
