معرفی کتاب «The Churchwardens' Accounts of St. Botolph Without Aldersgate, London, 1466-1500 (Studies in Medieval and Reformation Traditions, 244)» نوشتهٔ Gary Garland Gibbs; Valerie A Hitchman، منتشرشده توسط نشر Koninklijke Brill N.V. در سال 2024. این کتاب در فرمت pdf، زبان انگلیسی ارائه شده است.

This volume contains transcriptions of rolls 1 to 20 (1466-1500) of the 105 (1466-1636) extant rolls of churchwardens' accounts from the parish of St. Botolph without Aldersgate, London. These financial records, along with assorted memoranda, are filled with information about the church, its operations, and the numerous people who repaired, maintained, and provisioned it. The churchwardens dealt with local problems and kept track of money they believed they were owed. These records not only present very detailed insights into a vanished world, but the resulting evidence augments and challenges existing theories about the fifteenth-century parish. ‎Contents 8 ‎Preface 10 ‎Acknowledgments 24 ‎Figures and Maps 26 ‎Introduction 30 ‎Edition 64 ‎1454/1; 6 Edward iv 66 ‎1454/2; 8 Edward iv–10 Edward iv 72 ‎1454/3; 19 Edward iv–21 Edward iv 102 ‎1454/4; 21 Edward iv–22 Edward iv 112 ‎1454/5; 22 Edward iv–1 Richard iii 119 ‎1454/6; 1 Richard iii–2 Richard iii 129 ‎1454/7; 3 Richard iii–1 Henry vii 137 ‎1454/8; 1 Henry vii–2 Henry vii 146 ‎1454/9; 2 Henry vii–3 Henry vii 158 ‎1454/10; 4 Henry vii–5 Henry vii 168 ‎1454/11; 5 Henry vii–6 Henry vii 177 ‎1454/12: 6 Henry vii–7 Henry vii 188 ‎1454/13; 7 Henry vii–8 Henry vii 197 ‎1454/14; 8 Henry vii–9 Henry vii 207 ‎1454/15; 9 Henry vii–10 Henry vii 218 ‎1454/16; 10 Henry vii–11 Henry vii 232 ‎1454/17; 12 Henry vii–13 Henry vii 244 ‎1454/18: 13 Henry vii–14 Henry vii 259 ‎1454/19; 14 Henry vii–15 Henry vii 274 ‎1454/20; 15 Henry vii–6 Henry vii 288 ‎Index 304
