This book has been an amazing, life-changing book for me. Recommended by my healer, I read it as fast as I could. Written by the head of the Children of One, Jon Peniel, the book covers his experiences growing up, living at a hidden monastery in Tibet, and the teachings. The book gives a sense of urgency to following the spiritual path, as the end times are coming quickly. It goes into the beginning of the earth, how it was created, the souls that came before us, and answers many other life questions. It's 2 main lessons are connected to spirit (oneness) and unselfish love. The back of the book contains practices and meditations to incorporate into your day. It's a must-read, must-own book.
