Spin-off novel based on Gerry Anderson's 'Thunderbirds' tv series, set in the year 2066. Published by Armada, a paperback imprint of May Fair Books Ltd. This is the 2nd of nine original novels, mostly written by John Theydon (a pen-name for John W Jennison), based on the British science fiction television series. In this second novel, International Rescue, Lady Penelope and Parker are in Peru, seeking a fabulous Inca treasure. Once more the Tracys perform deeds of heroism, and again Lady Penelope and Parker are involved with their pink Rolls Royce. And the Hood - he's there, too; malignant, and scheming, and dangerous! The television show was made in 1964-65, by ATV/ITC for Lew Grade (later Lord Grade), in Supermarionation, on film and in colour. It aired on the commercial channel, and led to two feature films released in the UK in 1966 and 1968.
