Overview: Case file #0101: “All magic is based on artful deception.” A murder has been committed in the Phorcysae Citadel, the stronghold of the witches. The prime suspect appears to be a notorious serial killer and mad cultist, the Witch Splinter King, who has been dead for over ten years.
