Reparación en Colombia: ¿Qué quieren las víctimas?

Este documento presenta los resultados de una encuesta que indagó por las necesidades y expectativas de reparación de víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano. Fue realizada por el Programa de Investigación sobre Construcción de Paz (CONPAZ) del Departamento de Ciencia Política de la Universidad de los Andes con apoyo del Centro de Desarrollo Económico (CEDE) de la Universidad de los Andes y con financiación de la oficina de cooperación alemana Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) y su programa de apoyo a la Fiscalía General de la Nación (PROFIS). La encuesta recogió información detallada sobre la condición de diferentes tipos de víctimas del conflicto, sobre las trayectorias de victimización y sobre sus expectativas en términos de reparación. Indagó por los actores responsables y sobre la proximidad social entre víctimas y perpetradores, y recolectó datos acerca de las preferencias frente a la verdad y a la justicia y sobre el conocimiento y evaluación de la ley y los programas de reparación en Colombia. Este estudio aporta elementos para analizar a las víctimas en tanto actores políticos This document presents the results of a survey that inquired about the needs and expectations of reparation for victims of the Colombian armed conflict. It was carried out by the Peacebuilding Research Program (CONPAZ) of the Political Science Department of the Universidad de los Andes with support from the Economic Development Center (CEDE) of the Universidad de los Andes and with funding from the German cooperation office Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) and its support program for the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Nation (PROFIS). The survey collected detailed information on the condition of different types of victims of the conflict, on the trajectories of victimization and on their expectations in terms of reparation. He inquired about the responsible actors and about the social proximity between victims and perpetrators, and gathered data about the preferences regarding truth and justice and about the knowledge and evaluation of the law and the reparation programs in Colombia.
