Analyzes the cost-effectiveness of an Internet portal on drug misuse prevention. This study explores a cost-effectiveness analysis of a portal on drug misuse prevention. It begins with a review of the effectiveness of information provision via the Internet and of the cost-effectiveness of drug misuse prevention in general.
