Quasar was created by a Robotic intelligence to kill their enemies, he was their latest secret weapon against an organic race that they were at war with, an empire went to the winner, unfortunately for his creators, Quasar decided to win it for himself. However he did not get it all his own way for he knew nothing about subterfuge, but he did know how to be evil.
