This course "Real Estate as an Investment Strategy: Commercial Properties - Fundamentals" allows a salesperson to get a perspective of themes associated with investing in commercial properties. A salesperson would be expected to guide and advise their clients appropriately during a commercial transaction. The course is composed of six modules.
