Parley

After years of war, you've been told to parley with your enemy in a neutral village. This gives you the chance to learn more about your enemy you might not have had the opportunity to observe outside of battle. Will what you learn encourage you to push for peace, or will it lead to more violence? Parley is solo journaling game that uses the Second Guess System by William Lentz. It asks the question, "Is it better or worse to know thy enemy?" Roll a d20 and expand your knowledge about your enemy, the local village, and yourself to find out. Can also be used as a world building tool for games and prose, especially in areas of long conflict.
