I have used quite a few books about change, but this one is not "about" change, it is how to "do" change. The phases and the constituent roles under each are clear and very helpful. The tools are excellent, and the fact that I could use them off the CD-ROM saved me hours of time. I only wish that I would have had this book years ago. Anyone who is responsible for change is out of his or her mind for not following the wisdom found in this book.
