Nachträge zum Sanskrit-Wörterbuch in kürzerer Fassung von Otto Böhtlingk

It is very useful addition to Sanskrit lexicography, not only in terms of quantity, it contains 12,000 new entries with words from approximately 50 texts, but also qualitatively in that the meaning given is generally followed by the exact reference to the text where the corresponding expression is attested. It is an indispensable supplement not only to sanskrit Worterbuch and its Kurzerer Fassung, but also to the other early Sanskrit dictionaries like those of Monier-Williams, Wilson, Macdonell and V.S. Apte.
