Everyone loves a good muffin! Even those people who supposedly don’t like them have a favorite muffin! Whether it’s warm with a glass of cold milk before bed or bakery-style with a strong coffee on your way to work, muffins are a treat from the heavens! Spongy, moist, crumbly, and incredibly versatile, we’re struggling to think of one we don’t love. We also can’t think of something you can’t make muffins out of! Fortunately, we’re only sticking to sweet muffins on this occasion because they’re the only ones we can vow for. Sorry savory ones! We’ve yet to fall in love with you too, but that’s a story for a later time. Right now, we’ve got to head to the kitchen because the muffins are straight out of the oven!
