## Index he initial idea for this book took shape during the International Conference on "Issues of Legitimacy: Entrepreneurial Culture, Corporate Responsibility and Urban Development," held in Naples, Italy, in 2012. The Conference received grants from the Wenner Green Foundation and other institutions, which allowed some of the authors to participate in the event.
