"The Mental Furniture series contained herein appeared in the newsletter of the Feldenkrais Guild, In Touch. They are intended as a sort of archaeology of Moshe Feldenkrais' influences. I don't critique his views in the light of current understandings. That's for another time and place. Here, I only attempt to round out some of the allusions to domains of knowledge that Moshe Feldenkrais made in the course of his teachings." (Dennis Leri) In this collection of twelve articles compiled for the Feldenkrais Newsletter are discussions of the different influences on the development of Moshe Feldenkrais' thinking, including the scientific method, Piaget, Judo, engineering, Speransky, Gurdjieff, and Darwin. Softbound.
