Overview: Member tells of how Thanks (the narrator) “accidentally recruited” himself into “the cosmic game of Chorncendantra.” On a night stroll, he acquires a bag containing “spells” and “prizes”; he is now a Courier, but without instructions. Exploring a newly mysterious world, he puzzles out the game he’s playing through encounters with Operationals, High Rationals and others, all of whom seem to know more about the game than he does.
