Through the proposed mechanisms, we were able toachieve almost of our management objects such as to provide operators with essentialinformation for accurate fault management, to support an organic informationdelivery structure between management steps for effective cooperation, and to supportcorrect and prompt fault process of repeatedly occurred faults through reliable KEDBinformation. The direction of future work is focusing to improving of service operation degreein customer’s view point and to advancing of service impact management accordingto various types of faults. So we are concentrating to researches such as the way offorecasting various faults relevant to SLA (Service Level Agreement), analyzingservice impacts according to occurred faults, recovering faults relevant to SLAsystematically and automatically, etc.References Automatic NE-adapter Generation by Interface Blending/Diagnosis Methods Introduction Issues in Telecommunication Management Area Network
