Managerial Communication

Communication may seem easy since everyone communicates, but so is running since everyone can run. Yet, runners need training when they have to compete. Managers need training to hone their natural communication ability into a fine skill. Effectiveness of communication is not measured by its speed, grace and by its effect on other people. The information and guidelines presented in this book have been developed from long experience of teaching and working with students of MBA and practicing managers in companies. The authors have organized the content on the basic of the MBA syllabus of Bangalore University.
