Magic Eight Ball

Doing the right thing. Yeah, how often does that end well? I have a thing with werewolves, which is to say that I hate them. Of course, it’s the 21st century, so my vampire assistant, Indigo, likens my bias to a form of racism, and when we come across one being hunted for no good reason other than the same prejudice I held, I feel no choice but to offer my protection. Yet even as I say the words, I can’t help but wonder if my decision won’t work out to be a lot dumber than it sounds, and all too soon the very danger I’m trying to protect an innocent from comes knocking on my door. I might be doing the right thing, but I know it’s going to cost me. I just have no idea how much. When I find out ... well, let’s just say it was more than I could ever have imagined and now I’m going to shove the fight they wanted right down their throats.
