This volume includes the full proceedings from the 2013 World Marketing Congress held in Melbourne, Australia with the theme __Looking Forward, Looking Back: Drawing on the Past to Shape the Future of Marketing__. The focus of the conference and the enclosed papers is on marketing thought and practices throughout the world.
