معرفی کتاب «Learning to Lead for Transformation : An African Perspective on Educational Leadership» نوشتهٔ Emmanuel (University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa) Ngara در سال 2022. این کتاب در فرمت pdf، زبان انگلیسی ارائه شده است.
This book is dedicated in a very special way to Mrs Bernice Teboho Ngara, my late wife. Teboho, who passed on in 2020, was not only my marriage and life partner but also an invaluable and indispensable partner in the teaching of Leadership. Together we gave up our careers in order to devote ourselves to the teaching of Leadership and the training of leaders. Together we taught Leadership in South Africa and Zimbabwe and together endeavoured to inspire those with whom we have had the opportunity to share our passion for leadership development. There is a real sense in which this book would have been poorer were it not for Mme Teboho's contribution. Born and brought up in Lesotho, Mai Ngara was a great admirer of Moshoeshoe I of Lesotho and was the source of much that is said about him in this book. There is therefore a sense in which the late Teboho Ngara can be regarded as something of a co-author of Learning to Lead for Transformation. vi List of Figures ix Preface x Preface xi General and educational theories of leadership ## Tuning in Exercise Reflect on the following questions as individuals and then share your findings: 1.
