Laser light dynamics Volume 2

معرفی کتاب «Laser light dynamics Volume 2» نوشتهٔ H. Haken. Vol.2, Laser light dynamics، منتشرشده توسط نشر North-Holland Pub. Co. ; Sole distributors for the U.S.A. and Canada در سال 1985. این کتاب در فرمت djvu، زبان انگلیسی ارائه شده است. «Laser light dynamics Volume 2» در دستهٔ بدون دسته‌بندی قرار دارد.

This book is a text which applies to students and professors of physics. Because it offers a broad view on laser physics and presents most recent results on the dynamics of laser light, such as self-pulsing and chaos, it will be of interest also to scientists and engineers engaged in laser research or development. This text starts at a rather elementary level and will smoothly lead the reader into the more difficult problems of laser physics, including the basic features of the oherence and noise properties of laser light. This volume deals with laser physics emphasizing laser theory from a physical point of view. It takes into account most recent developments focussing on the dynamics. Proceeding from simple to more difficult questions, the book treats, among other topics: typical experimental laser systems, intensities of laser light in single and multimode lasers, mode competition, hole-burning, Q-switched lasers, relaxation-oscillations, frequency shifts, population pulsations, mode-locking, ultrashort pulses, self-pulsing, laser light chaos, instability hierarchies, laser gyro, optical bistability, optical transistor, two-photon laser, laser line width, Hanbury-Brown-Twiss experiment, intensity correlations, photon statistics, quantum classical correspondence, laser phase-transition analogy, the laser as a synergetic system.

The word "laser" is an acronym composed of the initial letters of "light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation". v. 1. Waves, photons, atoms. v. 2. Laser light dynamics.
