When a high-profile basketball star is accused of rape, ex-lawyer and pro sports investigator DiMaggio is called into the case and must sift through a media circus of innuendo and lies in order to discern the truth. Two famous basketball players, one an African-American, the other a Latino, are accused of rape. The accuser is a white woman, a fitness instructor aspiring to be an actress. The case makes headlines and attracts people out to make a quick buck from the scandal.
