This book, Jurisprudence and Islamic Rulings: General and Transactions - Part 1, is the twenty-second volume of a series of authoritative Islamic books entitled Islam: Questions And Answers.This Volume deals with Spending on those under one's responsibility, Gifts and Presents, Inheritance and distribution of the estate, Compensation, Borrowing Lending, Gambling, Rulings on lost property, Illegitimate children, trusts, price offered (Ja'aalah), Animal Rights, Slavery, Guardianship, Representation The overall series discuss issues relevant to Islam, and present accurate and reliable information based on the true beliefs and practices of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allaah be upon Him) and his companions.
