IoECon 2022 presents IoE paradigms to their whole dimension, intelligently connecting devices, people, processes, data, and things. IoE is multi-disciplinary and offers an opportunity to explore the co-relations between different areas, techniques, and theories about a new cyber world. The 10 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions. The papers focus on a complete ecosystem that digitally interconnects everything, including people-to-people, people-to-machines, and machines-to-machines.
