This 2-volume classification is intended to present in a systematic fashion the many procedures used in different branches of medicine, a task which the World Health Organization is undertaking for the first time. Chapters in this second volume classify medical procedures used in radiology and grouped under the headings of general aspects of physics in medicine, radiography, contrast radiography, other X-ray diagnostic procedures, diagnostic nuclear medicine, other diagnostic procedures from physics, external radiotherapy, other therapeutic nuclear medical procedures and other therapeutic procedures from physics.
