معرفی کتاب «Innovation in Urban and Regional Planning: Proceedings of the 11th INPUT Conference - Volume 2 (Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, 242)» نوشتهٔ Daniele La Rosa (editor), Riccardo Privitera (editor)، منتشرشده توسط نشر Springer International Publishing AG در سال 2022. این کتاب در فرمت pdf، زبان انگلیسی ارائه شده است.

"This book is the second Volume of the INPUT2020 Conference Proceedings on 'Innovation in Urban and Regional Planning'. The 11th International Conference INPUT was held at the University of Catania (Italy) on September 8-10th 2021 and allowed gathering international scholars in the fields of planning, civil engineering and architecture, ecology and social science, to strengthen the knowledge on nature-based solutions and to enhance the implementation and replication of these solutions in different contexts. INPUT2020 Conference stressed the basic idea that using components that mimic natural processes in the built environment can generate a wide number of benefits in cities, and produced more equal, safe and livable urban environment. The book provides additional reflections and proposals on empirical frameworks for nature-based solutions. Computational tools, technologies, data and hybrid models are explored for providing innovative spatial planning modeling methodologies. Furthermore, prospective roles of nature-based solutions in planning science and practice are investigated in the light of peripheralisation risks, rural landscapes and innovation in cultural heritage."--Back cover Preface 6 Organisation 9 Organising Committee 9 Scientific Committee 10 Contents 11 About the Editors 14 Nature and Ecosystems for Urban Systems 16 Assessing Potential for and Benefits of Scaling up Nature-Based Solutions in Malmö 17 1 Introduction 17 2 Materials and Methods 18 2.1 Developing NbS Scenarios 18 2.2 Assessing Benefits and Co-benefits of NbS Implementation 18 3 Results 21 3.1 Potential for Scaling up NbS in Malmö 21 3.2 Benefits of NbS Implementation Scenarios 21 4 Discussion and Conclusions 23 References 24 Integrating Nature-Based Solutions into Urban Planning and Policies: Learning from the Apulia Case Study 26 1 Key Challenges for NBS in Urban Contexts 26 2 Framework for the Analysis of Transitions in Urban Planning and Policies Towards NBS Approaches 28 3 Learning from the Apulia Case Study 29 4 Conclusions 32 References 33 Integrating Blue-Green Infrastructure into Dense Urban Watersheds in Istanbul for Increased Flood Resilience 36 1 Introduction 37 2 Materials and Methods 37 2.1 Study Area and Data Acquisition 37 2.2 Flood Risk Assessment 38 2.3 Climate Scenarios 39 3 Results and Discussion 39 3.1 Flood-Prone Areas 39 3.2 Comparison of Past, Near-Future and Future Climate Scenarios 40 4 Conclusion 41 References 42 Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture as a Nature-Based Solution to Support Food Supply, Health and Well-Being in Bucharest Metropolitan Area During the COVID-19 Pandemic 43 1 Introduction 43 2 Scope and Methodology 44 3 UPUA as NbS in Bucharest Metropolitan Area 45 4 Building Resilience with UPUA-Related Initiatives as NbS in BMA: Examples of Pandemic Activities 47 5 Discussions and Conclusions 48 References 50 Planning Green Spaces Investments for Improving Health and Well-Being in Cities Through Valuing Urban Nature 52 1 Introduction 52 2 Valuing Ecosystem Services and Disservices 53 3 Cost-Benefit Analysis for Planning Green Spaces Investments 55 4 Limitations and Challenges of Economic Valuation of Urban Nature 57 References 59 Open Spaces and Green Infrastructure – A Comparison with Planning Indications for the City of Rome 61 1 Green Infrastructure to Enhance Urban Resilience 61 2 Materials and Methods 62 2.1 Land Use and Planning Analysis with Random Transects 62 2.2 Available Data 63 3 Results 63 4 Discussions and Conclusions 67 References 68 The Architectural and Landscape Project for a Sustainable Urban Context.
