This textbook discusses issues related to the economic problems of implementing the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP) in transport construction, reflects the analysis and evaluation of the experience of PPP development both in our country and abroad. The textbook provides methods for determining the economic efficiency of implementing investment projects based on PPP and a mechanism for improving the efficiency of interaction between the state and private business in the construction of facilities.
