Bochorishvili Helen was born in Tbilisi, graduated from the journalism faculty of Tbilisi University, worked as a sports journalist and wrote scripts for documentary films. Since 1992 he has been living in Canada. Her books have been translated into French, Italian, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese and Georgian languages. One critic likened the novel to E.
