Ill keep this short. This is easy to read. It has many examples of what to do and what not to do. It is written by someone who was directly involved in the federal hiring system. The chapters are catagorized very well making it easy to go back and refrence what you need. It explains what the people who look at your resume are looking for and also shows you how to read job announcements so you can tailor your resume to them. This book is the key to move ahead.
