Eyewitness Accounts of the Battle of Ostrolenka May 26th 1831

It is unlikely the battle of Ostrolenka will be among the great battles of history, but it does deserve a place in that it does possess all the classic characteristics we associate with such struggles. The first article draws from a Russian viewpoint and the second from the Polish. Supplementary material includes an order of battle and biographies of the opposing generals.
