Paige Devon,17, spots Daniel Haydin,19, in Central Park one summer day and her life is changed forever. She soon discovers that all their chance encounters had in fact been orchestrated. She learns that her home, computers and phones are bugged and that she is being followed 24/7. Paige finds a photo of herself when she was 8 years old and sees Daniel in the background looking exactly the same as he does today. Daniel works for the National Security Agency in a top-secret division called EMIT which stands for Echelon-Matrix of Intelligence Travelers. After many struggles, Paige finds out what shes involved in and learns Daniel's secret.
