Early Metallurgical Sites in Great Britain (Matsci)

This book provides a list of important archaeologically authenticated sites in Britain pre-dating the time that Columbus crossed the Atlantic. It will be of interest to all those who wish to see the visible remains of the work of the early metallurgists. In this work, thermal grooving experiments were performed on anode microstructures, Ni polycrystals and Ni bicrystals. The grain boundary grooves were measured by means of an AFM.
