معرفی کتاب «Duvernoy's Atlas of the Human Brain Stem and Cerebellum : High-Field MRI, Surface Anatomy, Internal Structure, Vascularization and 3 D Sectional Anatomy» نوشتهٔ Thomas P. Naidich M. D., Henri M. Duvernoy M. D., Bradley N. Delman M. D., A. Gregory Sorensen M. D., Spyros S. Kollias, E. Mark Haacke Ph. D. (auth.)، منتشرشده توسط نشر Springer-Verlag Wien New York در سال 1165. این کتاب در 20 صفحه، فرمت pdf، زبان انگلیسی ارائه شده است.

Advanced MRI requires advanced knowledge of anatomy. This volume correlates thin-section brain anatomy with corresponding clinical 3 T MR images in axial, coronal and sagittal planes to demonstrate the anatomic bases for advanced MR imaging. It specifically correlates advanced neuromelanin imaging, susceptibility-weighted imaging, and diffusion tensor tractography with clinical 3 and 4 T MRI to illustrate the precise nuclear and fiber tract anatomy imaged by these techniques. Each region of the brain stem is then analyzed with 9.4 T MRI to show the anatomy of the medulla, pons, midbrain, and portions of the diencephalonin with an in-plane resolution comparable to myelin- and Nissl-stained light microscopy (40-60 microns). The volume is carefully organized as a teaching text, using concise drawings and beautiful anatomic/MRI images to present the information in sequentially finer detail, so the reader easily assimilates the relationships among the structures shown by high-field MRI. Front Matter....Pages I-XI Introduction....Pages 1-1 Methods....Pages 2-4 Surface Anatomy of the Brain Stem and Cerebellum....Pages 5-52 Internal Architecture of the Brain Stem with Key Axial Section....Pages 53-93 Major Functions of the Brain Stem....Pages 95-115 Structure and Functions of the Cerebellum....Pages 117-148 Structural Organization of the Mesencephalic-Diencephalic Junction....Pages 149-157 Vascularization of the Cerebellum and the Brain Stem....Pages 159-217 Intrinsic Arterial and Venous Territories of the Brain Stem....Pages 219-245 Magnetic Resonance Microscopy AT9.4 Tesla....Pages 247-414 Cranial Nerves: Intra-Axial and Cisternal Segments....Pages 415-474 Advanced Structural MRI....Pages 475-560 Gross Sectional Anatomy and 3T MRI Correlations in Axial, Coronal and Sagittal Planes....Pages 561-835 Back Matter....Pages 836-876 This Atlas Instills A Solid Knowledge Of Anatomy By Correlating Thin-section Brain Anatomy With Corresponding Clinical Magnetic Resonance Images In Axial, Coronal, And Sagittal Planes. The Authors Correlate Advanced Neuromelanin Imaging, Susceptibility-weighted Imaging, And Diffusion Tensor Tractography With Clinical 3 And 4 T Mri. Each Brain Stem Region Is Then Analyzed With 9.4 T Mri To Show The Anatomy Of The Medulla, Pons, Midbrain, And Portions Of The Diencephalonin With An In-plane Resolution Comparable To Myelin- And Nissl-stained Light Microscopy. The Book’s Carefully Organized Diagrams And Images Teach With A Minimum Of Text. This atlas correlates thin-section brain anatomy with clinical magnetic resonance images in axial, coronal, and sagittal planes. You'll learn to easily read advanced MRI by precise correlation of clinical 3T MRI with 2-4 mm thick brain sections. Book by Naidich, Thomas P., Duvernoy, Henri M., Delman, Bradley N., Sorensen, A.
