Dream Come True

Nathan and Ariel are desperate for children, trying for years without results. Limited by money, their options are few, especially once testing exposes Nate as the source of their frustration. Their understanding doctor continues to work with them but ultimately their choices dwindle to nothing. When Nate is offered a transfer at work, they take it, hoping a new environment will reduce his stress. They move to San Diego, California, to start anew, where they find a new doctor to help them. This doctor proposes a highly unorthodox solution to their dilemma, which they reject at first but eventually come around to embrace. While this new path seems simple, it quickly grows complicated, revealing their longing for a baby is only the beginning of their true desires.
