This book constitutes the proceedings of the 21st International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications, CISIM 2022, held in Barranquilla, Colombia, in July 2022. The 28 papers presented together with 3 keynotes were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions.
