Dorothy Moss examines experiences not commonly associated with everyday childhood, focusing on, for example war, migration, employment, religion, policing, and civil and industrial unrest. Her research explores how children engage with wider social change through their relationships with their families, communities and nations. It focuses on how they carve out space and time for themselves from complex social relations.
