Recent experimental findings contributed substantially to our knowledge concerning the molecular structure and function of adenylate cyclase complex. In spite of this fact site of action of some nonspecific activators of adenylate cyclase as fluoride ion, guanine nucleotides, vanadate or forskolin is not yet exactly known \([4,7,8,12]\). One of the possible approaches for the determination of the site of action of the activators of adenylate cyclase is the following of their differential response after the mild proteolytic digestion of adenylate cyclase preparations or after the addition of agents which increase the fluidity of plasma membranes \([5,6,10,11,1,3]\).
