本文透过“占中事件” 反思香港特区选举制度完善路径.“占中事件” 乱象引起的巨大争议和诸多法律问题.值得系统思考和深入讨论.以助今后预防误解、怀疑、否定、攻击 “一国两制” 的现象.从而准确地践行 “一国两制” 方针,诮除政治和社会内耗.本文由“占中事件” 切入以及对香港选举制度的历史回顾,明确《宪法》和《基本法》视野下.香港选举制度的定位,自此基础上并进一步探讨了相关选举制度完善的路径. Hong Kong's colonial legacy meant that the Chinese had to adapt its constitution and incorporate the values and norms inherited from the British into the Hong Kong Basic Law in order to maintain "two systems" within "one country." Through an analysis of "Occupy Central", this paper references the Chinese Constitution and the Hong Kong Basic Law to discuss the boundaries of the electoral system and the necessary requirements for universal suffrage within the "one country two systems" framework. Hong Kong's core value, and its greatest strength. is its rule of law. Framing this analysis with respect to the rule of law rather than a political perspective allows a more pragmatic and productive discussion regarding Hong Kong democratic development.
