Gora, a female Dr. Frankenstein of sorts, creates beasts out of animals and historical figures to combat enemies that have sullied her name. Chairman Obelis, a reclusive billionaire, sets out to win the position of Governor of Arkansas. Both Gora and Obelis seek goals that run counter to a conspiracy group that wants to control humanity.
