'Anarchy' takes place over two weeks at a 'failing' big-city school. There, teachers fear for their jobs and students fear for their education. Aptly named Anarchy joins them like a breath of fresh air. As Breeze and Ethan count themselves her friends and hope for much more, other adolescents join the fight.
